Sumitomo Electric Interconnect Products, Inc. is pleased to announce the release of the SumiMark IV PLUS Marking System, the latest of their market-leading, heat shrink tube marking printers.
 
The SumiMark IV PLUS Marking System is the only printer specifically designed to produce optimal print performance on the widest variety of SumiMark heat shrink tubing products. Whether your application calls for 2:1, 3:1 or 4:1 shrink ratios, tubing diameters ranging from 1/16" to 2", single wall or adhesive lined product, the SumiMark IV PLUS Marking System provides you the flexibility and reliability you need at the lowest cost-per-installed piece.

Each system is equipped with our world-class Sumilabel™ software, developed especially for the cable identification industry. Systems are developed to meet stringent requirements of the Aerospace, Military and Mass Transit Industries.

SM3-12

SumiMark® Tubing

  • SumiMark® tubing is available in a wide range of types including general purpose polyolefins, dual wall tubings, high temperature PVDF and flouroelastomers. SumiMark® tubing is made to the highest quality standards in the industry. In addition to providing strain relief and insulation, it provides an excellent surface on which to mark. Supplied on continuous spools, allowing you to create the exact length of marker needed, with no waste, resulting in tremendous cost savings. Diameters of 1/16" to 2" with shrink ratios of 2:1, 3:1 and 4:1 are available. There is minimal longitudinal change after shrinking, so marks will not become distorted when installed.

SM-CM Cable Labels

  • SumiMark SM-CM (Printable Cable Tags) are flat, irradiation cross-linked, polyolefin labels specifically designed for application on large cables and harnesses. These environmentally resistant, flame-retarded tags provide superior reliability with minimal waste and a low installed cost. SMCM tags are applied to cables or harnesses with cable ties.

 

Recommended Ribbon:
  • - SM3 Ribbon : Black or White are standard, Colors available upon request
  • - SM3 Super Ribbon : Black only
