Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts, as well as actively pursuing new business opportunities. This role is crucial to our company's success and requires a strong communicator with a passion for building relationships and a solid understanding of sales principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated group of customers, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge on our full range of wire and cable products.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track sales activities and customer information.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an inside sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the wire, cable, or electrical distribution industry is a significant plus.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.

Cable Assembly Technician
Location: Sparks, NV

Position Summary:
- Assemble and terminate wires and cables according to customer drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Use hand tools and automated tools to cut, strip, crimp, solder, and label wires.
- Perform quality checks and inspections on completed assemblies to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in cable assembly, manufacturing, or a similar production role.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents like blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Proficiency with various hand tools, crimpers, and soldering irons.
- Proficiency with IPC J-STD-001 and WHMA-A-620 standards is a big plus.
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
- Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification is a plus.
