We provide mission-critical wiring solutions for the aerospace, medical, and industrial sectors. As our Quality Technician, you aren't just checking boxes; you’re the final line of defense ensuring our products power the world safely and reliably.

What You’ll Do

Your day-to-day will involve high-level inspection and documentation to maintain our reputation for excellence. Key responsibilities include:

  • First-Article & Final Inspections: Perform rigorous mechanical and visual inspections on wire, cable assemblies, and harnesses.
  • Precision Measurement: Use calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators to verify tolerances.
  • Testing: Conduct electrical continuity, insulation resistance, and dielectric withstand testing.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate quality records and ensure all products meet AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Non-Conformance Management: Identify defects, quarantine non-conforming materials, and assist in root-cause analysis.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years in a manufacturing quality role (electronics or wire/cable experience is a huge plus).
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Detail Obsessed: You notice the small things that others miss.
  • Certifications: Familiarity with J-STD-001 and/or IPC/WHMA-A-620 is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Ability to clearly explain technical issues to both the production team and management.
