Quality Manager

The Role

As the Quality Manager, you will be the guardian of our product integrity. You won’t just be checking boxes; you’ll be leading the charge in continuous improvement, managing our ISO certifications, and ensuring that every reel leaving our facility meets stringent aerospace, industrial, and automotive standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Systems Leadership: Maintain and evolve our Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards.
• Audit Management: Lead internal and external audits with a "zero-defect" mindset.
• Data Analysis: Monitor KPIs, track non-conformances, and implement corrective/preventative actions (CAPA) that actually stick.
• Supplier Quality: Partner with our procurement team to ensure our raw materials are as high-quality as our finished products.
• Mentorship: Lead and develop a high-performing team of Quality Technicians and Inspectors.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 5+ years in quality management within a manufacturing environment (wire, cable, or electronics experience is a major plus).
• Technical Savvy: Deep knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Certifications: ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred.
• Communication: The ability to explain complex technical standards to a shop floor operator or a high-level executive with equal clarity.
